First National Bank co-hosted an outdoor luncheon for law enforcement and first responders from Decatur, Miller, Seminole and Grady County this week.
Mills Heating and Cooling, Tim Smith & Associates Insurance, Sharber Oil Company and Southwind Pest and Termite also helped host the event.
More than 150 firefighters, police officers, 911 operators, Georgia State Patrol, DNR and EMTs stopped by Southwind Plantation to enjoy barbecue chicken, pork and all the fixings. The meal was topped off with homemade peach cobbler and ice cream.
“These women and men put their lives on the line to protect and serve us every day” said Brad Barber, President & CEO of First National Bank. “This is just a small way for us to give back to them.”
