Young people at the Bainbridge-Decatur County YMCA now have the opportunity to develop their athletic ability to its fullest potential under expert supervision.
That opportunity is being provided by the Success Athletic Training staff of Mark Allen, Alonzo Harvin and Mark Liles.
YMCA CEO Ken Bailey likes the Success Athletic Training program, describing it as a program that is much needed.
“The youngsters are getting expert supervision,” Bailey said. “They are running through a horizontal ladder and competing in other agility drills.
“Their drills develop and improve all sports skills, agility, speed, power, endurance, quickness and strength.”
The current Success Athletic Training session began Aug. 3 and will continue through Aug. 27.
More information about the sessions can be obtained by calling the YMCA at 243-0508. The next session will be Sept. 1 through Sept. 29.
