Funeral services for Barbara Ann Burleson, 58, of Haleyville, Ala., were held Sunday, Nov. 22, at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville with Minister Jessie Burcham officiating.

Interment followed in Thornhill Cemetery in Haleyville.

Born Aug. 11, 1951, in Bainbridge, Mrs. Burleson died on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2009, at ECM Hospital in Florence, Ala.

Mrs. Burleson was a member of South Haleyville Church of God and was the owner of Barb’s Trucking.

Survivors include her mother, Alma Lee Norris Humphrey; her husband, James Burleson; four daughters, Wendy Veronica Bryan, Sabrina Ann Holmes, Rena Burleson and Anna Burleson; three sons, Buck Jason Green, Chris Burleson and Anthony Burleson; a sister, Debra Diana Sweeney; two brothers, Calvin Lamar Humphrey and Robert Lamar Humphrey; and eight grandchildren.

Pinkard Funeral Homes in Haleyville, Ala., was in charge of arrangements.
