In late October, West Bainbridge Elementary School marked Red Ribbon Week, which the week is filled with daily activities to stress the importance of leading a drug-free life. The theme during one day was “Plant the Promise,” and students assisted counselor Belinda Ingram in planting a red camellia bush, which is a reminder in the winter, when the red flowers bloom, to just say no to drugs.
