Jim Gisondi and his wife Linda, owned and operated an Italian restaurant for many years in Illinois. Recently Jim Gisondi “did” a show for the Youth Leadership Class at Bainbridge High School. Gisondi had half lecture about the benefits and pitfalls of becoming an entrepreneur, and then half cooking demonstration. The 10th- and 11th-graders were interested in not only about entrepreneurship, but Italian cooking as well.
