Funeral services for W. T. “Bill” England, 72, of Climax, Ga., will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 29, at Ivey Funeral Home.

Born on Dec. 12, 1938, in Cooksville, Tenn., Mr. England died on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at Archbold Memorial Hospital. He was the son of Albert Lakey England and Lou Nell Smith England.

Mr. England was a first responder and a security guard for Coastal Lumber Company for many years.

Survivors include his son, William T. England Jr. of Arcadia, Fla.; his daughters, Mona Lisa Kea of Myrtle Beach, S.C., LaDonna Faye Thyng of Ocala, Fla., and Emily Lee Beecher of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; his brother, Bill England of Arcadia, Fla.; his six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
