Anna Beth Bowles, who was an eighth-grade student at Bainbridge Middle School this past school year, was selected by the Kiwanis Club as her school’s Outstanding Student. The selection was based on achievement test scores. Bowles is the daughter of Charles and Kim Bowles. Bowles chose teacher Justin Logue as the school’s outstanding teacher.
