Lou Camillie Gibson Cutchens, 70, of Blakely, Ga., died Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at her residence.

Mrs. Cutchens was born Aug. 4, 1941, in Ashford, Ala., to Harvey Eugene Gibson and Ollie Merle Forrehand Gibson. She was a retired juvenile corrections officer for the Rural Youth Development Center and a member of Colomokee Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, William Careol Cutchens; three sons, Larry and Michelle Cutchens of Blakely, Rickey Eugene and Debbie Miller of Attapulgus and Travis Miller of Shellman, Ga.; three sisters, Sue and John Flemming of Shellman, Jennie and Buddy Cook of Colquitt, Ga., and Mary and Rodney Baggett of Lawrenceville, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be announced at later date.

Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home of Blakely is in charge of arrangements.
