John and Denise Crews of Bainbridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Crews, to Don Morie, son of Scott and Sharon Morie of Broken Arrow, Okla.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Vera Poitevint of Bainbridge and the late R.H. Poitevint, and of Gerald Nordeen and Darlene Crews of Erwin, Tenn., and John and Marta Crews of Eustis, Fla.

Miss Crews is a 2005 graduate of Seminole County High School and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in therapeutic recreation.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Sarah and Ralph Wall, of Dell City, Okla., both deceased; and of Helen Morie of Tulsa, Okla. and the late Don Morie.

He is a 2005 graduate of Broken Arrow High School and from Tulsa University where he graduated with a degree in international business and Spanish.

The wedding is planned for April 21 at 6 p.m. at Taylor Oaks, near Pelham, Ga., where the reception will follow.

The couple will make their home in New Orleans, La.
