Farris Franklin Farmer, 60, of Bainbridge, passed away Wednesday,
Oct. 9, 2013 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.
Mr. Farmer was born Dec. 4, 1952 in Hamden, OH, the son of Rans
Farmer and Margaret Smathers Farmer. He was a devoted husband and father
and was a truck driver. He always enjoyed all forms of racing, especially
drag racing and mud racing.
Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Sabrina Farmer of Bainbridge; his sons, David Franklin Farmer of Pensacola, Fla. and Daniel Dwayne Farmer of Bainbridge; his brother, Douglas Farmer and his wife, Sandra, of Miss.; his sisters, Debbie Castleberry and her husband, Darrell, of Pensacola, Fla. and Connie Simmons and her husband, George, of Pensacola, Fla.; his grandchildren, Brianna Farmer and Gabriel Farmer, both of Pensacola, Fla.; and his beloved dogs, Jersey, Cowboy, and Reese.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Shirley Wilbur and Dennis
Farmer.
