Pre-sale tickets for the Decatur County Fall Festival and Fair are still for sale at various locations and businesses in Bainbridge.

Armbands are available for a discounted rate of $17, and tickets are available for $4. You can purchase them now at any of the following locations: Bainbridge Pharmacy, Bank of the Ozarks, Family Bank, First National Bank, First Port City Bank (main location and the branch), First State Bank, Health Products and Yogurt Too, PeoplesSouth Bank, RX Drugs, Memorial Hospital and Manor Gift Shop.

The Decatur County Fall Fair will be back on October 13-17.

The Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce has hired a new company, Modern Midways, for the fair. Chamber President Adrienne Harrison said that the decision to change companies was just because the chamber had worked with the same company for eight years that it was time for a change.

Harrison said that after searching all over the southeast and speaking with different companies, the Chamber decided to go with Modern Midways because the company comes highly recommended and handles various fairs in the Southeast, including the Thomasville Exchange Club Fair.

The fair will have an increased number of rides for all ages this year, Harrison said.

Modern Midways will also bring a free circus that will feature a new camel act from Circus Spectacular.
