Mr. Robert C. Phelps, Sr.

Martinez, Ga –Mr. Robert Curtis Phelps Sr., beloved husband of Teodora “Bebe”

Phelps, entered into rest on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Trinity Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2016 at Platt’s Belair

Road Chapel with the Rev. Chris McElmurray officiating.

Mr. Phelps was a native of Bainbridge, Georgia and a veteran of the United States

Marine Corps. He worked at the Savannah River Site, before joining the Columbia

County Board of Education as an IT tech.

In addition to his wife, Teodora he is survived by his son; Robert Phelps Jr. (Lacey,)

his daughter; Emily Phelps Morrison (Farley), a step-daughter; Eunice Kwiatkowski

(Mark), his grandchildren; Hannah and Rose Morrison and Ashley Kwiatkowski, his

brother; Jim Phelps, and his sisters; Mary Helms, Virginia Baker and Carolyn

Wickhizer.
