An eclectic display of artistic renderings is on exhibit at the Library in Bainbridge until October 29. Members of the Decatur County Artists’ Guild have been showing their works during October for a number of years.

The Decatur County Artists’ Guild is an organization dedicated to promoting the visual arts in our community. Membership is open to artists age 18 years and older who create original works of fine art.  Members benefit from open discussion of their work at periodic roundtable meetings and by hearing guest speakers who discuss or demonstrate various forms of art.

Members participate in two annual exhibits; the Fall Show at the Southwest Georgia Regional Library and the Spring Show at the Firehouse Arts Center.
