Bainbridge chefs whip up fresh dishes at Farmers’ Market Recipe Contest

The Bainbridge Farmers Market held its recipe contest on Saturday, Nov. 19. Contestants entered their dishes into one of three categories for the opportunity to win $25 to spend at the farmers market and an engraved Irish coffee mug.
Adrian Chamberlain won the collard greens category with her krispy kale chips, Dorinda Coy won the winter squash category for her butternut squash recipe, and Suzanna Geiger won the sweet potato category for her sweet potato cookies.
Each one of these winners won the $25 dollars and engraved Irish coffee mug.
The farmers market also included vendors who sold grass fed beef, goats milk products, pecan oils, organic produce, and all other types of produce.
