Bainbridge Public Safety investigators busted Kent Lee Webb, 40, Thursday for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, bags of marijuana, ecstasy and molly.
The arrest occurred on Butler Ferry Road in Bainbridge.
“All were packaged for sale,” BPS investigator Chip Nix said about the bags of drugs he caught Webb with.
Nix said Webb has had a history with drugs and has been on BPS’s radar for some time. Webb’s whereabouts and the amount of drugs in his possession were tipped off to BPS by multiple sources.
Nix said drugs like molly have seen an upward trend over the past few years.
“It’s just more readily available I think, too,” Nix said. “Everything is popular. It’s one of those drugs that kind of got a little bit of a label of a party.”
BPS exectued a search warrant to arrest Webb, where they found him in his bedroom with the drugs.
He will be charged with drug possession with intent to distribute.
