Linda Gail Griffin was born March 25, 1949, in Bainbridge, the daughter of Tom Watson Griffin and Lillian Opehlia Griffin. Linda was a graduate of Bainbridge High School and the former owner of the Pine Hill Personal Care Home and Bowerland Personal Care Home in Bainbridge.
Linda Gail was “the Boss” as far as her siblings were concerned. She never gave less than 100% to any project that she started, some describe her as a workaholic, others said that she was a perfectionist, in any case she never gave up or gave in. Several years ago Linda was seriously injured in an automobile accident; the doctors said that if she survived, she may never walk again; her never ending determination and her will to ignore the pain and fight proved them all wrong.
Survivors include her siblings, James Griffin and his wife, Kaye, Janice Griffin Sims, and Stuart Griffin and his wife, Becky, all of Bainbridge; several nieces and nephews; and her companion George Brown. Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
The Griffin Family would like to extend special appreciation to James Robinson for the years of faithful service and excellent care given to Linda.
