Mike Inlow, director of the Bainbridge Little Theatre production, ‘A Christmas Carol, said on Monday that an actor has been found to play the leading role of Scrooge in this coming weekend’s production.
He is Duncan Hoehn of Tallahassee, who is replacing Richard Whitehead, the original cast member who had to drop out due to illness, which also caused performance dates to be rescheduled.
Inlow said Hoehn has an extensive resume with area community theatres, and has performed the role of Scrooge before.
Ticket sales are continuing to go well, according to Inlow, and he is looking forward to a great production. The play opens Thursday, Dec. 7 at 7:30 p.m., and will continue with evening performances Friday and Saturday, before closing with a Sunday 2:30 p.m. matinee.
