Bainbridge cross-country puts up good results at Lee County Invitational

The Bearcats cross-country team finished 11th overall and the Lady Cats had a strong performance at the Lee County 5K Invitational cross-country meet last Thursday.
Stokes Moore was the first Bearcat across the finish line with a time of 20:28.40 and 35th place overall. Andru Matthews was about a minute behind him with a time of 21:36.30, and Tymere Nobel clocked in at 22:01.30.
David Long finished with a time of 22:07.50, just a couple seconds ahead of Landon Watts with a time of 22:09.40. Joe Emmons clocked a 22:43.80 and Aiden Matthews came through at 23:01.40. Tom Emmons finished at 23:18.80.
Hunter Matthews finished at 23:58.70, Jared Davis clocked a 24:09.80 and Angel Guzman finished at 24:46.20. Ashton Matthews came in at 24:48.50. Titus Porter clocked a 25:28.40 and Johnathan Farrington came in at 25:53.20. John Willis Maples crossed the finish line at 26:05.10 and Partik Patel clocked a 28:25.30.
Jordan Davis finished with a 30:40.30, and Hayden Martin finished the Bearcats’ efforts with a 34:55.30.
Viviana Schuyler took second place overall in the girls varsity race with a time of 21:01.80.
Kayla Braswell clocked a 36:33.20, Katelyn Martin finished at 37:11.80 and Makayla Ingram crossed the finish line at 37:14.40.
Olevia Diaz clocked a 38:24.60 and Sara Matthews finished with a 38:25.00.
For the Bainbridge Middle School boys 3.2K race, Thomas Brock led the way with a 15:24.30. Brock Williams finished with a time of 15:54.00, Donalson Dezhreon clocked a 16:10.80, Joshua Fillingame came in at 16:43.00, Sam Surratt finished with a time of 17:30.10 and Andrew Brock clocked a 23:12.80.
On the BMS girls side, Rylan Bland showed her speed with a 15:09.7 time. Haydyn Klock came in at 17:18.6, Allison Oliver finished with a time of 18:57.0, Reid Brouillet came through at 19:20.5, Kinsey Ward finished in a time of 21:33.7 and Hope Haire clocked in at 22:38.9.
