Now is the time to order shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. The colorful boxes are available in both corrugated cardboard and plastic, and either one can be prayerfully packed with gifts to be delivered into the hands of boys and girls in need. Adhesive labels are included with each cardboard box order. Organizations and church groups may visit the website: https://samaritanspurse.org/operation to get box descriptions and bulk prices. Orders must be placed before November 1 in order to receive in time for the national collection week. The website also gives information on how to pack the shoeboxes—what can and cannot be included.

Locally, Samaritan Purse shoeboxes in either style are available for individual pickup from Emmanuel Baptist Church, 2133 Dothan Road beginning next week.
