Help Bryan-Hight Veterinary Hospital and the Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society celebrate Pet Health Awareness during the month of October. Enter the Strut your Mutt contest and have a chance at winning a year of heartworm and flea prevention as well as annual vaccines for your pet. At the same time you are helping in a fundraiser for the animal shelter.

All you need do is visit the Bryan-Hight Facebook page, where you post a photo of your pet, then make a contribution to the Animal Shelter by sending a check, or by clicking in PayPal link www.paypal.com/donate/.

Bryan Hight will match any donations made, as well as make a donation in the winning pet’s name to the Humane Society.

Since October is also the month for Halloween, pet owners may choose to dress their pups and kitties in costumes, but that is not required.

Photos can be submitted by posting in the Comment section of the Facebook Post and must be done by Halloween.

The most liked picture wins the contest.
