Daniel Seth Bryant, 67, of Bainbridge, Ga, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Oak City Cemetery with Minister Mike McCrickard officiating. Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.

Daniel Seth Bryant was born in Bainbridge on July 18, 1953 to Thomas Luther Bryant and Johnnye Ruth Williams Bryant. He was active in Boy Scouts of America throughout his youth, achieving the rank of Star Scout. He graduated from Bainbridge High School where he enthusiastically played on the Bearcats football team and followed them with interest throughout his adult life. He attended Middle Georgia College and Valdosta State University.
Even though he was an avid reader, he especially enjoyed being in the great out-of-doors—hunting, fishing and gardening. Daniel lived in Cleveland, Tenn, for a number of years before retiring from the restaurant management business and returning to Bainbridge to live out his life. He was a member of the First Christian Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Danielle Bryant Moseley and her husband, Sean, and Mary Elizabeth Bryant Patrick and her husband, Brandon; his granddaughter, Danielle Ruth Moseley; his mother, Johnnye W. Bryant; numerous nieces & nephews, great-nieces & nephews, and cousins; and two very special friends, “D” & Cindy Holtsclaw. Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Luther Bryant, and his brothers, Thomas Luther Bryant, Jr. and Jonathan Lee Bryant.
