Memorial Hospital and Manor is excited to announce the addition of Audrey “A.J” Clark as the new Director of Willow Ridge Personal Care Home. Willow Ridge is a 22-bed personal care facility nestled on nine wooded acres just minutes from downtown Bainbridge. Willow Ridge offers a safe and secure environment for older adults who do not wish to live alone or for those who may need personal assistance with daily activities.
Administrator Andrea Ferguson discusses the transition from Judy Phillips who was employed as director of Willow Ridge for over twenty years, “We wish Judy well on her retirement and greatly appreciate the impact she made over the years in our organization. I am personally thankful for the many years of encouragement, inspiration, support and leadership exemplified by her at Willow Ridge for both the staff and residents. It is with delight that we welcome AJ as our new Director of Willow Ridge. Her optimistic approach and gentle behavior will leave the residents of Willow Ridge in good hands.”
A.J. comes to Willow Ridge with previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She originally joined Memorial Hospital and Manor in 2013 and worked as a floor nurse as well as a wound care nurse until 2019. “After completing my LPN, I worked varying nursing jobs until I found my passion in geriatric nursing,” said A.J. “I am very excited about growing our beautiful little community within our community at Willow Ridge.”
A.J. was born and raised in northern Ohio, making Bainbridge her home in 1988. Together, she and her husband Lane have 6 children, 12, grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. They enjoy the outdoors, spending time with family and being with their church family.
