Tracy and Becky Posey, of Vada, Georgia, are announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Ansley Posey to Justin Maxwell, son of Mark and Kathy Maxwell of Whigham, Georgia.

The bride-elect graduated from Grace Christian Academy in 2015 and from ABAC-Bainbridge in 2017 with a Associates Degree in Nursing. She is currently employed as a Registered Nurse at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Georgia.

Miss Posey is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Griffin of Bainbridge, Georgia, the late Bobby Blevins and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Posey of Vada, Georgia.

The groom-to-be is a 2012 graduate of Bainbridge High School. Mr. Maxwell graduated from Bainbridge State College in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and from the University of Georgia in 2018 with a Agriscience and Environmental Systems Degree. He is the owner and operator of JM Maxwell Farms in Whigham, Georgia.

Mr. Maxwell is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Harvin Black, Mrs. Martha Rose Maxwell, the late Wilona Moore and the late Tom Maxwell.

The wedding is planned for April at Sundown Farms Plantation in Moultrie, Georgia with a reception to follow. Invitations have been sent.
