Christian Jared Parker, age 20, our most beloved son, brother, family member and friend, went home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 15, 2022.  Services for Christian were held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 21, at Salem Seminole Baptist Church, 2785 Joel Poole Road, Donalsonville, Georgia.  Pastor David Roland officiated.  Christopher Bowen, Carmen Vinciguerra, Lee David Burroughs, Jr., Robert Lee, Jesse Ramer, and Chase Blackston served as pallbearers.  Burial followed in Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.   The family received friends one hour before the service, beginning at 10:00.

Christian was born to Khristy Lee and William (Oti) Parker on October 22nd, 2001, in Gainesville, Fla.  Those who knew Christian, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Christian attended Seminole County Middle/High School in Donalsonville, Ga., where he met Jessica Bodeen.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors and hanging out with friends and family. Christian and Jessica have been dating since 2019. She was the love of his life. Jessica meant the world to him and she felt the same way.

Christian will be missed everyday by his mother Khristy (Chris Bowen), his father Oti, sister Gabby, his nana Cecelia, his girlfriend Jessica, Aunt Lisa (Carmen Vinciguerra), Uncle Bubba (Lisa Chinell), Aunt Leslie (Franklin White), cousins, numerous family members, and many great friends. Although only 20 at the time of his death, Christian touched many people in his lifetime. The world is a lesser place without him.

Christian is survived by both his parents, sister, and maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents. He was predeceased by maternal grandfather, Lee David Burroughs, Sr.
