The Bainbridge High School and Bainbridge Middle School will be hosting Invitational Track Meets on Saturday March 4th for High School athletes  and Monday March 6 for the Middle School Athletes.  There will be 14 schools attending the High School Meet and 6 Schools attending the Middle School Meet. Everyone is welcome and invited to come and support our track athletes.

Competing for the girls middle school team will be Makayla Brown,  Tyliah Anderson,  Laila Webb, Kynadee Hawkins, and Khamari Debron. For the boys middle school team; La’Derrius Bradshaw, Javeen Breedlove, Marquel Jones and Vontrey Williams will all be competing. 

The middle school invitational will include seven schools which are Bainbridge Middle School, Grace Christian Academy, Christ Classical Academy, James A Shanks Middle School, Miller County Middle School, Mitchell County Middle School and Thomas County Middle School. 

The high school invitational will feature 14 schools, including Bainbridge High School and Grace Christian Academy. On Saturday, March 4 at Bainbridge High School, field events will begin at 9:30a.m. with girls high jump being the first event, followed by Girls Long Jump and Boys Triple Jump, Girls Discus and Boys Shot, Girls Triple Jump and Boys Long Jump, Girls Shot and Boys Discus, Boys High Jump. 

At 10:45a.m. the 4x800m relay will begin and the rest of the relays will begin at 12:00 with the girls 100m hurdles being the first event followed by Boys 110m Hurdles, 
100m Dash, 
4x200m Relay
, 1600m Run, 
4x100m Relay, 
400m Dash
, 300m Hurdles (Girls), 
300m Hurdles (Boys), 
800m Run, 
200m Dash, 
3200m Run
, and the 4x400m Relay. 

On Monday, March 6, the middle school invitational will begin with field events starting at 4:00p.m. with the girls high jump being the first event followed by Girls’- High Jump, 
Girls’ Long Jump and Boys Long Jump, 
Girls’ Discus and Boys Shot
, Girls’ Triple Jump and Boys Triple Jump,
 Girls’ Shot and Boys Discus, and the 
Boys’ High Jump. 

At 4:30p.m. the rest of the relays will begin with the girls 100m hurdles being the first event followed by Boys 100m Hurdles, 100m Dash, 1600m Run, 4x100m Relay, 400m Dash, 800m Run, 200m Dash, and the 4x400m Relay.
