Rather than the usually scheduled lunch meeting, this week, members of the Bainbridge Rotary Club met at the Bainbridge Country Club, where some members participated in the club’s first golf challenge.  The event served as a fundraiser for the club, with a $100 entry fee. Lunch was provided for members, and there were three categories for members to participate in: longest drive, straightest drive, and closest to the pin, with each category boasting a $1,000 prize for the winners.  The funds raised by the money will go to funding the club’s scholarships and donations to organizations.
