Joey Lynn McMillan was sentenced to five years in prison earlier this week. McMillan had been arrested in Seminole County in late August, having been found hiding in a motel. He was arrested on charges of stalking, simple assault, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, and a probation violation on a count of injury by vehicle. The vehicle injury arrest McMillan broke probation for occurred in December of 2021, when McMillan, under the influence, ran a stop sign and struck a bystander.
