The Bainbridge Little Theatre is preparing for its next major production this season, “Mary Poppins The Musical.” The theatre has previously put on the abbreviated Mary Poppins Jr. production for kids; this full production will have a runtime of roughly two-and-a-half hours, with intermission. Opening night is Thursday, May 2, and will run through to Sunday. The play will then run the following weekend, from Friday to Sunday. The play will begin at 7:00 PM each night, except for on Sundays, with showtimes starting at 2:30 PM.

According to play director Rachael Marshall, over seven weeks of hard work have gone into this production since casting.

“I’m just very excited for the show to be presented to the community,” she said. “It’s a beautiful family show, it’s fun, and what they do on the stage is just phenomenal.”
