David and Alicia Gordon of Bainbridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Gordon, to Andrew Willette, the son of David and Jewell Willette of Ellijay, Ga.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Myrtle Smith of Donalsonville, Ga., and the late Dewey Smith. She is also the granddaughter of Fay Gordon of Valdosta, Ga., and the late Dorsey Gordon.

Miss Gordon is a 2009 honor graduate of Bainbridge High School and is attending Georgia Southern University, where she is majoring in middle grades math education. She anticipates graduation in December 2013.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Alex and Marie Willette of Bradenton, Fla., and of the late Albert L. and Betty Anderson.

Mr. Willette graduated from Gilmer High School in Ellijay in 2008. He is a student of criminal justice at Georgia Southern University, from where he will graduate in May. He will be commissioned into the U.S. Army Infantry Division in May.

The wedding is planned for June 2 at 6 p.m. at The Firehouse Gallery in Bainbridge, where the reception will follow.
