Children toting Easter baskets of various shapes and sizes converged on Saturday at Bill Reynolds Sports Complex No. 2 to hunt the hundreds of Easter eggs. The City of Bainbridge held its annual Easter Egg hunt with children running across the grassy baseball outfields in search of plastic eggs filled with either candy or a special note entitling the child to a large Easter basket. For the children 3 years old or younger, Chris Wright won the first-place basket, Camryn Dudley won the second-place basket and Rylee Henessey won the third-place basket. In the children 4 to 6 years old, Ty Brown received the first-place basket, Kenny Barton won the second-place basket and Alexia James won the third-place basket. For children 7 to 10 years old, Calvin Bowen won the first-place basket, Jonathan Pyles won the second-place basket and Mallary Neal won the third-place basket. Ashton Sharpe, 3, won the big bunny rabbit.

Camryn Dudley also won the Easter basket donated by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4904 Auxiliary. Niara Long, 5, won the basket donated by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4904.[nggallery id=69]
