Mrs. Alverna L. Harrell, 93, passed away Tuesday, August 21 at the Presbyterian Home in Quitman, Ga. Services for Mrs. Harrell will be held Thursday, August 23, at 2 p.m. at the Cairo Church of God with the Rev. DeWayne Atkinson officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Cairo Church of God.
