Ms. Sabrina Phillips of Bainbridge, and Mr. Christopher Witt of Columbus, Ga., are announcing their engagement and approaching marriage. The couple will wed April 7, 2013, at 2 p.m., in Panama City, Fla.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Beth Gardner of Columbus, and the late Frankie Gardner.

The groom-to-be is the son of Johnny Witt and the late Connie Floyd.
