• Mt. Pleasant Freewill Baptist Church, located on Glennville Road, Cyrene, will observe its third annual Family and Friends Day beginning with 10 a.m. Sunday School and Dr. Marvin Thomas as guest teacher. Morning worship is at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Craig D. Conyers of Murfreesboro, Tenn. as guest minister. Rev. Conyers is a Bainbridge native, son of Willie James Conyers and the late Daisy Donalson Conyers.
