Grace girls win fifth match

The Grace Christian Academy volleyball team continued its unbeaten streak by defeating the Dale County Christian Lady Crusaders of Ozark, Ala.
The Grace girls won their match three games to none (25-15, 25-16 and 25-10).
Kelsey Harrell led the Lady Cougars with 12 kills. Melissa Mills had eight ace serves and eight digs.
Sarah Castoro had 19 of 20 serves in-play during the match.
Merrianna Parker contributed with 21 assists.
With the win, the Lady Cougars have a 5-0 record on the season. Their next match is Friday, Sept. 13 against Lafayette Christian at Grace’s Perry Memorial Gymnasium. The JV game starts at 4 p.m. and the varsity game starts at 5 p.m.
