Services for Ocie Bell Cooper, 89, of Bainbridge, will be held Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Greater Macedonia M.B. Church with the Rev. Willie G. Smiley officiating. Burial will follow in Jonas Lobe Cemetery.
Mrs. Cooper was born March 19, 1924 in Mitchell County, Ga. and passed away Nov. 12, 2013 at Memorial Manor Nursing Home.
She attended Hutto High School and was married to Willie C. Cooper, who predeceased her.
She is survived by a daughter, Eva Pearl Evans, of Bainbridge; son James L. Jackson (Dorothy) of Bainbridge; a granddaughter Sheila Keys of Decatur, Ga.; Six grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; five adopted grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Hatcher-Peoples Funeral Home of Thomasville is in charge of arrangements.
