Horrell and Patricia Pitts of Donalsonville announce the engagement of their daughter Trista Pitts to Anthony Jones, son of Charlotte and Kendall Wilson of Whigham and Dennis and Carla Jones of Panama City, Fla.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late George Brown and of Daphin and Ray Holsombach, and of the late Horrell Pitts, Patricia Pitts and Doris Pitts, all of Bonifay, Fla.
Miss Pitts is a graduate of A Beka Academy Homeschool in 2006. She did her undergraduate work at Troy University and received a Master’s in Post-Secondary Education from Troy University, Dothan.
The groom-to-be is the grandson of Lawrence “Buddy” and Willeen Mary McElvy of Whigham and of the late Amos Jones and Esther Jones of Climax.
He graduated from Cairo High School in 2005 and earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. He is employed by KMC of Tifton.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, March 15, at 3 p.m. at the Charles H. Kirbo Regional Center in Bainbridge, where the reception will follow.
