Claire was born January 8, 1958 in Hartford, Connecticut, the daughter of Joseph Real Rocheleau and Frances Ann Secor. She was a former weaver at Amoco Fabrics, Inc. and attended Faceville Baptist Church. If you knew her, you would understand dynamic comes in small packages. She was a woman with a heart with a value no gold could hold. Claire loved to fish and hunt and her family always came first.
She was a fountain of knowledge to those who might listen; a hard-working woman we all will be missing. Claire was a woman who took care of her own, no fault, no waiver, who made a “house” a home. Let us remember the courage of a woman we knew and a loving mother of her only two. A beautiful soul that is in heaven today, knows that we love her, she hears ever word we say.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Moody of Bainbridge; her sons, Joshua Moody and his wife, Hollie, of Bainbridge, and Richard Moody, Jr. of Bainbridge; her sisters, Lydia Mitchell of White Bluff, Tennessee, Karen White of Keaton Beach, Florida, and Joan Huyck of Steinhatchee, Florida; and her granddaughter, Kylie Ann Moody.
