Larry Wayne Horne

Larry Wayne Horne died Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 in Frisco, Colorado, at the age of 65, while on a skiing vacation. He was self-employed as a computer designer. He was a loving and compassionate husband and father. He was an active member of the Saint Andrew Anglican Catholic Church. Larry stayed busy with multiple projects at home and with his sons, including flying airplanes, building airplane hangers, and he always had time for family and friends with a listening ear. He was a creator and a builder. He enjoyed snow skiing, fishing, kayaking, and flying airplanes. He was an over-comer and a survivor. He overcame many struggles in life and survived to be an amazing witness of the power of God.
He is survived by his wife, Suki Horne; his sons, Brandon Horne and his wife Dena, Lee Horne and his wife Alecia, Zebulon Fenton and his wife Aliesha; his grandsons, Dillan and Gage Horne, and Dominic and Xavier Fenton; his sisters, Shirley Lynn and her husband Monte, and Juanita Sinquefield and her husband Bobby. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Effie Horne and a brother, James Edward Horne, all from Iron City, Georgia. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Culley’s Funeral Home, 700 Timberlane Rd., Tallahassee. The Funeral Service will be Sunday, April 19th, 2015 at 12 noon at Saint Andrew’s Anglican Catholic Church, 401 Timberlane Road, followed by a graveside service at Corinth Freewill Baptist Cemetery, 2543 Ash Crossing, at 3 p.m. in Iron City, Georgia.
