$10,000 reward offered for info on arson

The building, which is home to the Honor House Veterans Center, on Evans Street sustained significant fire and smoke damage.
Bainbridge Public Safety is investigating an arson reported Sunday morning at a residential building owned by a local organization.
A reward up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the fire that occurred at 1302 East Evans Street on Sept. 6 around 12:15 a.m.
The building, located behind Bainbridge Mall, is the home of the Honor House Veterans Center and received heavy fire damage.
The Center was opened this year by the Honor Sentinel, Inc., a local motorcycle riding club that focuses on community outreach and veteran services.
Bainbridge Public Safety fire prevention Major Doyle Welch said that investigators are conducting interviews and following up with leads at this time.
