The game was a makeup of a Monday, Aug. 31, rain out.
The teams each scored two runs in the first inning. The Lady Cats two runs came on a single by left fielder Taylor Swanner, a stolen base, a walk to shortstop Shelbie Summerlin and two fielder’s choices produced the Lady Cats two first inning runs.
