Miss Jones and Mr. Lay to wed in October

Mr. Dick A. and Mrs. Ellen D. Lay of Bainbridge, Georgia, would like to announce the engagement of their son Wesley Lay to Samantha Jones, daughter of Phillip S. (Casey) and Sharon R. Jones of Manassas, Virginia.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Rosa Donalson and the late Jet Donalson, and of the late Roland and Rhoda Lay.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ronald D. Mace Sr. and the late Carol E. Allen, and of the late William W. and Evelyn H. Jones.

The wedding is planned for October 1 at 4:30 p.m. in Sterling, Virginia.
