Pie bakers for Peace of Pie, a yearly fundraiser for Friends Ministries, will be busy in the kitchen at Friendship House on November 2 and 3 assembling the pies for freezing and later sale.

The pies sell for $20 each and tickets are on sale now at Jennifer’s Skin Care, Grimsley’s, Mad Rose, Maiden South and The Refinery.

The pies will not be ready for pickup until November 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Winn Dixie.

On November 1, a new scent called Apple Pie Candle will be available from The Refinery for $10. It is sure to add the aroma of baking pies to your home all season.

Proceeds serve all areas of Friends Ministries: Friendship House, Still Waters and The Refinery.
