Fred H. Worthy

Fred H Worthy, age 91 of Keystone Heights, Fla. passed away Friday, September 14, 2018, at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka. He retired from Pepsi Cola Bottling Company as a Manager, past member of the American Legion and a WWII Vet. He moved to Keystone Heights Fla. in 2009 from Bainbridge, Ga. He is survived by his son, Ronald (Beverly) Worthy, daughter, Rita (Jim) Bishop, four sisters, Sallie Gordon, Nell Holmes, Mary Turner and Nadine Smullen, 7 Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren and 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Earline Worthy, his parents, Henry and Jessie Worthy and a grandson, Jason Bishop. Graveside Services will be held 1 pm on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, 2861 Spring Creek Road, Brinson, GA 39825, with Pastor Stanley Phillips officiating.

A Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Park of the Palms, Keystone Heights, FL.  Arrangements are under the care of Forest Meadows Funeral Home, Gainesville, FL.
