Faith Taunton participates in Sub Area FFA Employability Skills event, advances to area event

Faith Taunton, Bainbridge FFA member recently competed in the Sub Area FFA Employability Skills Career Development Event. The event was held at ABAC- at Bainbridge on Tuesday October 22, 2019.
The FFA Employability Skills Career Development Event is designed for FFA members to develop, practice, and demonstrate skills needed in seeking employment in the agricultural industry. Each part of the event simulates “real world” activities that will be used by real world employers. Faith advanced to the next round of the competition and will be competing on November 12th.
FFA is a national organization of over 600,000 members preparing for leadership and careers in the science, business and technology of agriculture. FFA is an integral part of the agricultural education program in public schools. The FFA mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
Faith Taunton a Senior at Bainbridge High School is the daughter of Pierce and Trish Taunton of Bainbridge. Mark Lashley and Victoria Hill are the Bainbridge High FFA advisors.
