The results for yesterday’s local city elections are in. In the race for Attapulgus mayor, Art King won with 78 votes. For Attapulgus city council, Angelia Smiley, Jack Hale, Quinton L. Finuff and Stephen C. Vines, Jr. won, with 83, 59, 66, and 53 votes respectively.

In the race for Bainbridge City Council District B, Seat 3, Keenan Adams won with 289 votes.

James P. Earp won the election for mayor of Brinson with 42 votes, while Monty Bullock won the race for Brinson City Council, Seat 1 with 52 votes. Dennis Alan Faulk won the race for Brinson City Council, Seat 2 with 47 votes, and Randy Baggerly won the race for Seat 3 with 33 votes.

Finally, Vanessa Martin and Donald Dollar won the race Climx City Council with 38 and 36 votes respectively.

These election results are unofficial until certified by the State Board of Elections next week.
