Hi, I’m Rollins Miller. I grew up in Bainbridge and spend my days as the broker/owner of Premier Group Realty. We help our customers and clients buy and sell property. I also own commercial and residential rental properties. I’m married to Sarah Ball and have four children, Rollins, Hayne, Mary Call, who are triplets, and Ann Proctor.

As a second-generation broker, I grew up working for my Dad, Gene Miller, putting up signs, mowing lawns, doing repairs, and building houses during the summers. I was fortunate to work with my dad for almost 10 years, and I continue working with my brother and mom, Banks and Mary. At Premier, we have 22 licensed agents and have been the leading sales company in Bainbridge and Decatur County since starting the company in 2017. We also serve customers in Florida, having sold property in the Tallahassee, Mexico Beach, 30-A, and Destin areas.

I grew up three blocks from the Square in Downtown Bainbridge. After graduating from Ole Miss in 2002 and getting started in real estate sales and investments, I knew that one of the biggest untapped resources in our community was the historic residential and commercial districts. Time had not been a friend to these areas. In recent years, investors from near and far have put a LOT of risk capital into the area and it paid off. They’ve created an energy Downtown that is palpable. I want to thank Shae Brouillet and Amanda Rentz (Reeves), Jennifer Oldacker (Isaacs), Lee and Tiffany Lawrence (The Bean), Jessia Polsky and Natalie Kirbo (Maiden South), Vicky Bailey (Artsy), Tyler and Heather Thomas (The American and Willis Park Hotel), Gallagher Dempsey (Southern Philosophy Brewey), Doug Young (Eagle Saloon), Chad Brinkley (Diablos), Ashley Long, and many others who, “put their money where there mouth is”. The risk that people took before we were bringing in new industry, before the music festivals, and before it was the place to be, was amazing. They have proven that with vision and hard work, you can come to Bainbridge and make your dreams come true. The new addition of Brent Warr’s Warehouse on Calhoun, Mark Harrell’s Alderman, Susie and Sam’s Steakhouse, John Noel’s The Old Post Office, and many others are a testament that we have momentum. Let’s keep it going! Together with the economic development wins, which I believe wouldn’t have happened without the private investment Downtown, we’ve seen a decade of growth. Kudos to all who were a part of making it happen. I know I left many out. I’m sorry. I tell people regularly that I’m just glad I lived long enough to see Bainbridge looking so good.

There’s still work to do, and I look forward to seeing the future that’s created in our wonderful community. We need a kayak/boat/bike outfitter down at Cheney Griffin Park at the old ramps. We need infill housing on vacant lots and renovation of historic homes close to Downtown. We need interactive tours (think historic scenes played out by Little Theater actors). There’s so much opportunity, and we must keep innovating.
