Downtown Bainbridge is flourishing with incoming businesses. Wednesday afternoon, the Chamber staff held a ribbon cutting ceremony at 235 E. Broughton Street for the new business, Juliette’s Boutique. Priscila Rodriguez is the owner of the business, and she has been in town since March. Rodriguez is originally from Puerto Rico but she’s lived in Tampa, Florida, most of her life. Rodriguez established business in Tampa, but found it “a lot harder.” So, she established a business in Bainbridge selling women’s clothes, apparels, purses, and make-up. In a couple of weeks, there will be new merchandise which will include her homemade make-up line of lip gloss and lipstick. Roderiguez was thankful to everyone who came to support her business. She stated, “I want to say ‘thank you’ to everybody for coming today. It means a lot for all of you to come support my small business. We are very thankful and happy to be here in Bainbridge and be a part of this awesome and amazing community.” So swing by the store to buy, browse, or welcome the owner to town.
