In April, the Valdosta State University’s James L. and Dorothy H. Dewar College of Education awarded its best and brightest students at its annual awards ceremony. Melissa Shay Stanley of Donalsonville, Ga., was recognized for Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Office Administration and Technologies and Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Adult and Career Education through the Department of Adult and Career Education at the university.
