Wiregrass Hospice is offering a camp for children ages 7 to 14 years old who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Regardless of the type of loss or the reason for the loss, all children throughout the area are invited to apply to attend. Prior affiliation with Wiregrass Hospice is not necessary and there is no charge to attend. The camp is staffed by clinical experts who understand the healing process and who genuinely care about the children that are left behind. Activities will include arts and crafts, field games and swimming. The camp will be held at Camp Timpoochee in Niceville, Fla., on Friday, July 15, through Monday, July 18, and applications will be accepted until July 1.
