Karoline West, the daughter of Dan and Melissa West, won first prize in a chili cookoff with her entry of Fiesta Chili, using a special powder normally used in fiesta dip. Proceeds from the chili cookoff, held Feb. 21 at the county fairgrounds, benefited the Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society.
